These spaces can be rented seperately or together. Either room can be accessed through a locking door with a personalized code and separate entrances.

The yellow room has a beautiful sweeping view of downtown and the Tilikum Bridge. Water access is piped into the room and ceiling ventilation is available.

The Mauve room is large but windowless space with access through a pottery studio. Would work well for a ceramicist with access to the pottery studio Fancy Banana next door.

Both spaces have access to a shared communal space with a conference table, couch, kitchenette, and bathroom. Unlimited 24/7 access. Mauve space has a seperate entrance to the communal area.
